Re-write your entire job advert (though I do have a job advert writing service where I do that if you’re interested).
Regurgitate generic advice that I’ve given to dozens of agencies before you. My suggestions will be unique to you.
Make suggestions that are only relevant to this role. Most of my advice will be transferable to future job adverts too.

7 steps to an improved job advert
1. You use the below calendar to schedule your job advert review call.
2. You get redirected to a Google form to upload the job advert you want reviewing.
3. You complete the form, sharing info about you/your agency and uploading your job advert for me to review.
4. I review your job advert, agency website and socials to get a sense of your employer brand, who you are and what you have to offer.
5. We spend 30 minutes together on a Zoom call, reviewing your job advert and my suggestions.
6. I share a document detailing everything we discussed on the call.
7. You incorporate the changes, advertise your job and find your ideal candidate for the role.
